Letter from Pam McKinney Sent: Tuesday, December 28, 1999 9:13 PM:
I have been in contact with a long lost cousin from Ada, Okla who has given me the entire McKinney family genealogy. The James McKinney you speak about could be James Emmett McKinney born June 1867 and married a woman by the name of Monzell. Their children were Virgil A., Edith A., and Charles A.
James Emmett's father was Andrew E. McKinney, his father was Torrance McKinney (my ggg-grandpa) born in 1816 in Ireland and came to America sometime after 1851 and settled in Georgia. I have a long lost cousin named Donna who has a sister named Dorothy, and a brother Jerry. Their father was my great-Grandpa Andrew Henry McKinney and Cressie Reeves McKinney (his second wife).
